House in Aurillac serving a careful and curious cuisine with a refined menu, rich in local products.
The Quatre Saisons continues to follow a well-trodden path, as the reputation of the house is well established. The chef Didier Guibert imposes himself by his careful and curious cooking, like the reversed truffade (the tomme is cooked separately from the potatoes) and the hare compote with truffle oil.
The menu is rich in local products, but also more refined, offering foie gras or scallops with various seasonings.

Très bonne table ! Sans doute une des meilleures d'Aurillac. Tout est bien fait ! La qualité des produits, de la cuisine et le service sont tout simplement au top ! Merci pour ce bon moment.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, joliment présenté et excellent. Tout est subtilement dosé, il y à longtemps que je n'avais pas aussi bien mangé dans un restaurant. Le service était parfait, Merci.

Bistrot gastronomique avec un personnel au petit soins, un chef utilisant des produits de terroir avec beaucoup de talent, le tout donnant un bon moment passé. Félicitations !
