Brasserie in rococo style with traditional à la carte cuisine.

Founded in 1898, the Brasserie d'Aurillac has all the characteristics of an institution with its listed woodwork and rococo style. Bought over 30 years ago by the Lavergne family, the brasserie is worth the detour as much for its historical and heritage significance as for its cuisine. The menu here is traditional: beef tartar, scallops, entrecote, sweetbreads in a casserole... But also rum baba, ice creams... A timeless address.

Qualité de l’assiette correct mais ne peux pas en dire autant du service !
Personnelles peu souriant, erreur de commande tt au long du repas. Propose une marque de bière et vous en serres une autre ´…. N’apportent pas le bon contenu des assiettes commandés ….
Déçu de cette soirée qui pourtant annoncer une belle couleur au vu du cacher de l’établissement . Avec un personnel plus motivé et plus compétant cette établissement aurait bcp à gagner !

Jolie brasserie, carte alléchante...mais les plats ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé ! Rosbeef de Salers servi froid, assiette exotique à la chantilly de mascarpone servi...sans chantilly !! En bref, la déception fut grande.
