If you are looking for absolute authenticity, and one of the best examples of the Cantalian cuisine - that of our grandmothers -, this is the place to be. You will be served with the greatest kindness by a very attentive lady. Stuffed cabbage, tripoux, truffade, Salers meat and other tasty Auvergne specialities decorate the menu, brief but effective, which changes with the seasons. The homemade food is combined with the intimacy of the cantou and the rustic charm to make it a place that stands out by its simplicity.
