Outre le repos dans la chambre, le dîner au restaurant a été superbe. Menu à 36€ avec possibilité de modifier les entrées ( je n'aime pas le poisson et assimilés), belle présentation des assiettes, cuisson du filet d'Aubrac telle que je l'avais demandée, fromages ET dessert!!.
Carte courte, gage de fraîcheur des produits. Service souriant et efficace!
