BRASSERIE DES ESTIVES

Joséphine and Renaud, direct from the Alps, took over the brewery in early 2022. The beer brewed here, Milvus, comes in white, blonde, amber and brown. This original, rural, organic beer reflects the flavors of the Cézallier region. Blond lentils from Saint-Flour, gentians and other local cereals and flowers make these beers worthy representatives of the Cantalien character.
