You will take place in a buron entirely renovated according to the local traditions: walls in visible stones, beams in the ceiling in the room. The kitchen declines the specialities and the products of the soil. Truffade du Cézallier, pounti, pavé de salers, sweetbreads, tournedos aux morilles.... accompanied by a wine from Auvergne, for example... The owner's homemade pies are recommended for dessert. The current owners are constantly enriching the menu and use products from the surrounding farms. An address not to be missed, better to book !

Vraiment excellent !
Un menu au déjeuner, une entrée saint Jacques lentilles géniale, puis une viande excellente, plus de faim pour le fromage, mais un dessert sublime! À conseiller vraiment, pour un prix raisonnable, un endroit qui fait honneur à la gastronomie régionale.

Un buron très bien rénové où à notre grande surprise nous n'avons vu aucun menu à 12 € (pourtant nous étions un jeudi midi !!!) ... Dommage !
Nous avons donc pris le menu à 25 € qui nous a semblé cher pour un buron mais les plats étaient très bons et bien préparés, nous avons apprécié ce déjeuner avec de bons produits locaux.

un buron rénové avec goût ; le cadre est magnifique , l'accueil est chaleureux ; la cuisine est excellente, préparée avec des produits de qualité ; les chiens sont acceptés sans la moindre hésitation ; je reviendrai avec le plus grand plaisir lors de mon prochain passage dans le Cantal
