Beef from Sicaba, Allier Poultry, fish from Bourges, cheese from Theneuille and Vesdun, baker from Meaulne. At noon on weekdays, chef's suggestion with a glass of wine or formula with starter, main course, cheese and dessert. Evenings and weekends, foie gras, red mullet, duck breast. Bright and tastefully decorated room, garden, shaded terrace. A place not to be missed where comfort, quality and know-how can be found even in the rooms.
