Gourmet products local specialties and wines La Chapelle-D'Abondance

In this dairy cooperative, which groups together the milk production of 10 farms in the valley, delicious artisanal cheeses are made: Reblochon, Tomme and Abundance AOC. Before tasting them, discover the secrets of their production, from the heating of the raw milk in a bain-marie to the resting of the beautiful wheels of cheese on the spruce boards.
