The rules are simple: Learn by fun, take good time by making good things. The theme workshops for half a day, or a whole day, adapt to the seasons: red fruits and citrus fruits in the spring and summer, chestnut in autumn, dried fruit in winter, Grand Chocolate has become in harmony over the months. Also, two-hour courses for children and even two-day internships for fans. And you will learn that everything is a story of balance. Valrhona hosts two other Great Chocolate schools, one in Versailles and one in Tokyo.
