Modern and cosy restaurant offering delicious dishes with a vegan choice.
The restaurant is modern, cosy and whets the appetite with its large room overlooking the open kitchen. The menu offers a wide choice of dishes and wines. The "Spring" formula for example: gratinated ravioli and its salad, accompanied by a glass of "Marius", a good local wine from the Chapoutier house. You can also be tempted by the à la carte dishes, all delicious, with a vegan choice. Unusual: the meat maturing cellar with, among others, Kobe beef. The plus: every Sunday, brunch!

Le bistro de Marius, restaurant de la maison Chapoutier dans leur hôtel spa, propose un excellent complément gastronomique pour votre séjour. Nous sommes allés lors d'un repas de groupe et les plats préparés sous nos yeux à la plancha étaient succulents. Les vins, excellents.
