Created in 2001 and established since 2003 in Saoû, the company brews artisanal beers that can be recognized by their round label with an open-mouthed hippopotamus. They can be tasted at the tables of regional bistros and are easily found in stores. Markus produces unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, with 4 colors and a nice collection. The brewery has moved to modern premises in Cléon-d'Andran, but remains in Saou, the Hippo-Drôme, a bar with Markus's garden, always as friendly and sympathetic. Regular animations.

Excellent!
Superbe accueil à la brasserie, des tables dans un grand jardin ombragé où il est bien sur possible de déguster les bières maison, mais aussi de prendre une glace si on est avec les enfants ou un plateau apéritif (charcuterie ou fromage).
