Traditional French cuisine that dares to make some exotic intrusions with Asian influences with, for example, haddock tartare with lime, tuna tataki with Thai sauce and sweet potato purée, crousti-fondant of Ardèche beef with barbecue sauce accompanied by grilled potatoes and cabbage...
