This Brin d'amour is dedicated to Caribbean cuisine, the one that delights the taste buds, spiced just right, colorful, fragrant and generous. Anne, a native of La Trinité in Martinique and a graduate of the Tain-l'Hermitage Hotel School (pastry shop), invites us on a journey. You will discover her talent through an ephemeral restaurant and tasting-sales in a friendly and warm atmosphere. But the main activity of Brin d'amour is the catering service to spice up your events, your aperitifs, your family meals. To you the acras, boucané chickens and other delights of Creole cuisine, without forgetting the planter and the arranged rum.
