This charming hotel at the bottom of the village offers a very pleasant stopover on the edge of the Vercors park. It features refined rooms and two family suites. Enjoy the panoramic terrace and, at the rear of the building, the open-air swimming pool and small garden. The Gourmand restaurant offers Royans specialties such as caillette, ravioles de Saint-Jean, Echevis trout and faisselle from the Caillats farm. Children and babies welcome.

Hotel Castel Fleuri.
Never even seen the place. Seriously doubt the hotel Castel Fleuri integrity!
My colleague booked me a room for 3 nights by phone directly at the hotel, not using a booking site. According to the booking sites there where no available rooms in a 30km radius. My colleague gave the hotel my name, phone number e-mail adres that also contains my full name and company name as well as my credit card details.
Due to a mistake my colleague informed me the hotel was cancelled, so I looked and found a different hotel.
I never received a conformation for the booking by e-mail either from the hotel.
In the evening I was suddenly charged for €330 by the hotel Castel Fleuri, but only saw this on my Credit Statement yet another day later.
My colleague called the hotel regarding the billing of €330. The hotel said they don't want to refund. They tried to call me, but missed the "6" in my phone number and could not call me. They said they waited till midnight waiting for me, but never send an e-mail, since they could not call me.
They did however written down my e-mail correctly as they where able to send me the invoice, however the guest name was spelled wrong. It's the same name, as the e-mail adres by the way. And it seems they could write the Credicard info down with no mistakes.
After talking to 2-3 different hotel owners, they said it is usual to keep 1 night... but not all 3 nights payment for a no-show. And maybe add a small cancellation fee...

L'accueil a été top alors que le restaurant était complet. La table est EXCELLENTE, produits locaux, bio ! Le Chef Jeremy se met en 4 pour vous faire des noix caramélisées ???? alors que ce n'était plus au menu. L'ensemble de l'équipe est sympathique, à l'écoute et super efficace ! Une adresse à découvrir ABSOLUMENT.

Restaurant super, le lieu est super joli, personnel très accueillant. Jamais déçu, rapport qualité prix parfait.
