An excellent regional step in the heart of the village, nestled in a charming dauphinoise, tastefully decorated. The taste is what dominates this address, which invites us early in the winter to savour the first truffles in a breathtaking menu at only 68 euros. So, if you don't have to miss the beef piece from the tarbais truffles and fine beans, we're waiting with some impatience for the time of refined Brie that will keep all its promises. This is a kitchen that does not negate the land, quite the opposite, but has the good idea to put it on the day with a fried-fried bar bar and its hand-made ravioles, or this fermier pigeon pigeon with autumn scents and its sweet de, waiting for the still excellent homemade desserts. What else to say about this unavoidable address of the Collines of the Hills, otherwise it deserves to be known to all the gourmets who will find it more a charming welcome.
