The Hostache brothers have opened a local shop in the village of Montlaur which offers a selection of products from their farm - walnuts, walnut or hazelnut oil, honeys - and from the Diois region - goat's cheese, clairette, lavender, honey... Their delicious homemade ravioles are filled with fresh cheese and herbs, mashed potatoes, vegetables, nuts, basil, and Picq's square ham and form large plates. We love the chocolate raviole to be poached in milk and served with a scoop of Bourbon vanilla ice cream.
