In the Apiary de Provence, a professor established in 1938 and since then taken over by the Bonnieu family, it is the guarantee of quality nougats, manufactured to old in old copper cauldrons with selected ingredients with the greatest care. The welcome of sir is already a treat, but the contents of the many bags never leave us on our hunger! Start with the nougat of lavender honey and almonds of Provence that are found in papillotes or in the form of kilometre points celebrating the national 7, but still flavoured nougats, pâtes pastes, tendre, calissons, fruit pastes and marshmallows them… All the declination of sweets! We also love this, because while keeping the Pot, it innovates in communication and presentation. And under the language which festival! Let's take the tender nougats with fine chocolates, they are déclinent by black melting, moka, chocolate chocolate flavoured with orange. We also enjoy this incredible spread of nougat, developed by a better worker in France, the world's best-selling pastry champion, as well as the delicious reception in this gourmet house located in the city near the tourist office.
