Dan and Davy took over the farm created by their father in 1986. They raise nearly 1,200 geese per year, from the age of two days. At the beginning, they are raised under cover and then go out after fifteen days, taking advantage of the large parks and walnut trees that border them. They are then fed with crushed cereals. Pour avoir testé le foie gras d'oie, je peux dire qu'il est excellent. Là ou je suis déçu c'est lorsque je découvre sur la boite de 90 grs de rôtie d'oie(dans filet prestige) origine UE ?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
