Dan and Davy took over the farm created by their father in 1986. They raise nearly 1,200 geese per year, from the age of two days. At the beginning, they are raised under cover and then go out after fifteen days, taking advantage of the large parks and walnut trees that border them. They are then fed with crushed cereals.
