One star for this charming and exceptional restaurant located at the gates of Montélimar in a small corner of paradise very refined.

The chef Jean-Michel Bardet has just given back his star to the table of the Domaine du Colombier which has been completely renovated. This new chef comes to us from the Dordogne after a stint in Hong Kong, training in Menton, a stopover in Monaco and many others. His dishes are beautifully composed, respecting the local products from which he draws his inspiration with delight. The establishment is positioned at the top of the range with its unique smoking room in the region, but has the good taste to also offer us the Bistrot 270, an affordable table.
