Made by Marc Seive and Patrice Giraud, in the tradition of its creator, the tripe maker Dromard. The result of a traditional production process and a registered trademark. They also make the unavoidable pompes aux grattons, pâtés bonne femme (grandmother's meat pâté), pâtés bourbonnais aux pommes de terre, superb terrines and a white ham cooked in stock.
