LES SALES GOSSES
It is the bistro du Garde-Manger, a gourmet table with a gastronomic and hedonistic trend by Eric Dupuy, the discreet and highly talented chef, that has its followers. Eric Dupuy has set up a magnificent old-fashioned bar with a wooden counter and a terrace in the village courtyard in a room of the historic building that houses his restaurant, while the cliff side of the Trois Becs remains occupied by the Garde-Manger. At Les Sales Gosses, all day long you can drink a coffee or a homemade beer, snack on a small or large plate of deli meats as an aperitif, take a break during a stopover on your hiking trail from a homemade, minute-warmed jar. The chef's jars lack neither taste nor originality, nor poetry. For example, L'Escale is an exotic entrée, L'eau à la bouche: a fish, etc. The boss's objective is to surprise, seduce, thank you, to offer you a table corner to eat on the go in a warm place. Generous and cheerful.
