This is Cave Jaillance's fun and educational space. Take a step back in time, from Roman times, and follow the history of the collective of owner-growers and Jaillance sparkling wines in 5 major periods, as well as the secrets behind the slow production of Clairette de Die, which has brought new life to an entire region. The tour ends with a tasting at the Jaillance Bubble Bar. Allow around 1 hour for the guided tour and tasting. Audio guides are available in 4 languages (French, English, Dutch and German).
