YAMANEKO
Amazing, a Japanese reset in rural Diois! And what a good idea. It was Maki who opened it in the former loco premises of Loco, his small restaurant with Yamaneko, which can be translated by "the wild cat" literally "the mountain cat". It must be said that cats are a passion for Maki! Yamaneko boasts a timidly Japanese decoration, a grocery store with socks, sauces, sake, bentos, Japanese fabric towels, and a few tables to taste Maki's Japanese family food. She is a self-taught cook who worked in different caterers in Chamonix and Mégève before getting himself into his account. But it puts the flavors of the country of the Sun rising within the reach of the Diois. Of course, to play the local game, she integrated the Vercors log, this creamy cow cheese, in a few makis. Very friendly family service. Don't miss, dessert, stuffed rice balls with Asukis beans. Reservation recommended, few tables and great success! You can also go back to the takeaway dishes.
