Chocolate with a twist! Here are rustic and festive chocolates, sober but inventive, 100% organic. The shop overlooks the workshop where expert chocolatiers work. The cocoa beans come from Latin America and are available in praline or with almond paste, citrus fruit paste, seeded raspberries and currants, ginger, bitter orange... There is also a small museum dedicated to the glory of Quetzalcoatl. You can drink a real chocolate on the spot, eat a chocolate pancake at Candlemas and other delicacies throughout the seasons.
