A highly recommended address in the pedestrian street. This Colibri has it all: tasty, home-cooked cuisine based on organic and local produce, an inspired chef, cool, vintage and flowery decor, perfect service. On this particular day: amuse-bouche pumpkin/honey/ginger mousseline on buckwheat bread, butternut velouté/hazelnut flakes, chicken cromesquis confit 7h, corn tempura, saffron reduction of cooking juices and seasonal vegetables, cloud of lavender-scented ewe's milk/ apricot coulis/cinnamon crunch. Delicious homemade rye sourdough bread. Organic wines.
