For example: carrot fritters with smoked paprika, steamed cauliflower florets, Greek yogurt sauce, raw vegetable and lacto-fermented salad, Camargue rice, kimchi with pak choï or green lentil chili from Vaunaveys, crushed small spelt, roasted small vegetables, lemon yogurt sauce. Dessert ? Soft apple and kiwi cake or chocolate/almond cake. Organic, locavore, vegetarian, delicious and varied. What more could you ask for! Oh yes, the instruction to be 100% green.
