EARL DE LA CROIX SOLEIL

Gaec De La Croix Soleil is a farm located in Saint-Angel. Founded in 2005 by Sylvie Mercier, it specializes in the production of duck, foie gras and free-range poultry. The Gaec also has a poultry slaughterhouse and processing lab. In 2011, Sylvie Mercier and Hervé Chemel joined forces to create Gaec La Croix Soleil. In 2017, they bought premises in Désertines and opened a producer store and catering facilities. The Gaec is keen to offer local, simple and good products.
