Inn offering gourmet dishes prepared with fresh produce from local producers.
When a chef, Rémi Vial, who met at the excellent Danton and Comptoir de Saint-Cyr in Lyon, takes over an inn in the heart of Pérouges, the meeting is promising. Promises kept in this place with a charming decor that takes us back in time by offering us "a cuisine of yesteryear for a table of today". On a menu that changes with the seasons, the chef works with fresh products from local producers to create gourmet dishes where tradition is shaken up just right. Superb and tasty dishes. A favorite to share.

Excellent repas dans une salle chaleureuse où flambe un feu dans une belle cheminée. Très bonne cuisine, assiettes généreuses, accueil sympa, ce restaurant ne profite pas de sa situation dans un des plus beaux villages de France, il propose une restauration de qualité ! Je recommande vivement !
