Taken over 3 years ago by Hinanui, Le Mornay offers a haven of peace from which to savor both the view of Lac de Nantua from the terrace and the chef's traditional cuisine: œuf meurette façon Mornay, pavé de cerf sauce chocolat balsamique and brioche façon pain perdu glace caramel au beurre salé. Quality foie gras all year round.
