An authentic Bresse farm with 3 authentic buildings.

The Ferme-Musée de la Forêt is an authentic Bresse farm with 3 authentic 16th century buildings. The house was inhabited until the 1970s and has a multitude of interesting features: its mud and half-timbered walls, its superb Saracen fireplace, its wooden balcony on the first floor and its roof. Inside, the journey into another era continues with antique furniture, crockery and an impressive 4-ton beam supporting the chimney hood. The farm has been classified as a historical monument since 1930.

Un endroit à découvrir en famille surtout lors des animations - le temps fort étant la fête du vincuit (confiture à base de pommes et de poire cuite pendant des heures), groupe folklorique et diverses animations ,marché de producteurs locaux, démonstration de savoir faire d'antan.
