On April 1, the commune of Contrevoz will bring together amateur and passionate runners around a 11 km, popular and friendly nature race. If you live in the area, this is a great opportunity to rediscover your environment! The route, which is largely on non-asphalted roads, gives you a 230-meter positive gradient. not the sea to drink, but the athletes a trained strand will feel more comfortable than the real beginners. They may rather opt for hiking, unless their age allows them to participate in youth races…
Tariff: 8 € for the 11 km, 2 € for young races and 3 € for hiking.
Distance: In addition to 11 km, the event includes 3 youth races of 400 m, 1.2 km and 2.4 km, as well as a 9 km hike.
Difficulty: easy to use.
Date: square of the village of Contrevoz. Departures at 9 a. m. for hiking, 9:45 a. m. for the race of 400 m (children born after 2005), at 10 a. m. for the 11-km nature race (young born before 1998), and at 10:10 a. m. for children's race 1.2 km (children born in 2008) 03 and 2004) and for the youth race of 2.4 km (young born from 1999 to 2002).
Other practical information: any unlicensed participant must carry a medical certificate stating the absence of contraindication to the practice of race on foot. Pins are not provided by the organization.
