A family farm created in 1930 on which, 10 years ago, Pascal Bonnod-Ruling settled. From its 3 ha, this skilled wine grower makes sparkling wines. At the tasting, we discover a Cerdon Old Vines, from very old vines of gamay, a nose of red fruit, in mouth, power, harmony, very beautiful structure. A perfect wine at the aperitif. A taste also: The Ancestral Method. Do not miss: Pétillant Pétillant 2006 awarded to Grands vins de France in 2006.
