On this 37-hectare estate on the slopes of the Visan plateau at an altitude of around 360 meters, 14 hectares are planted with oak forests and old truffle fields. 23 hectares are devoted to vines. Vincent Tramier, an independent winemaker, produces Ecocert-certified organic wines, fresh, fruity and complex wines in all 3 colors, as well as a kosher wine , Source de l'Argentier. Cuvées include La Rocaille, l'Entracte and Florilège at very affordable prices. There's also a four-person gîte on the estate.

In 2005, Jean-Yves Perez made his first vintage from the 28-hectare estate created by his grandparents and developed by his father. With two grape varieties - Grenache and Syrah - Jean-Yves Perez pays great attention to detail, harvesting by hand and ageing in oak barrels. His wines have a fine bouquet and a long finish. His cuvée "Les Anthonins" has won international acclaim. A real source of pride for this passionate winemaker. His white wine is a Côtes du Rhône Villages AOP, Visan villages. Domaine La Fourmente has belonged to the Pouizin family since 1922. Over the decades, Paul and his children have developed the vineyard. In 2000, they built a wine storehouse for vinification and maturing of the wines which gave a new impetus to the estate. Covering an area of 50 hectares, the vineyard is established on several types of terroirs: sandstone from the Miocene, clayey and gravelly black earth, very stony black earth and gravel in depth, garrigues soils (red earth and rolled pebbles, clay and pebbles in depth).
