The undisputed master of the black truffle, Paul Bajade, welcomes you for an exceptional moment. We settle down in this mythical restaurant with white walls decorated with Bernard Buffet's paintings and Ronald Searle's satirical drawings, welcomed with a smile and courtesy by the faithful William, the waiter, to religiously taste the anthology dishes of the master of truffles! We love the chef's menu but it is the truffle menu that attracts all the attention. On the menu, it is grandiose: lobster fricassee or cep risotto with truffle juice.
