Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant with swimming pool in Tourrettes, offering fine cuisine based on local produce and vegetables.

Since 2020, Chef Christophe Schmitt, who has worked in the kitchens of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Jean-Yves Leuranguer, has taken over from Philippe Jourdin, whose second-in-command he was until then. His love of products leads him to work directly with local producers. In 2023, the Faventia was awarded a Michelin star. The chef is also in charge of the Gaudina Lounge, the Caroubiers, the restaurant and lounge bar of the club house, and the Tousco and its cabanas, near the infinity pool.

visite en 2022 tres bien acceuilli dans un cadre agreable !
Nous avons pu avoir le plaisir de laisser la main au chef Christophe Schmitt pour la selection de tout nos plats et avons ete tres gates.

Un grand bravo pour ce moment inoubliable !!

Très déçu du service global du restaurant, repas non salés ni poivrés a la cuisson et desserts non sucrés sans saveurs, repas tiède, bon mais tfop peu de saveur malgré une carte des plus appétissante donc malheureusement repas sans intérêt, en revanche formule spa des plus agréable à tous niveaux
