Hotel-restaurant with a lovely terrace around a fountain in Seillans, offering semi-gastronomic Provencal cuisine.

Éric Brunel, a former jeweller, is happy to tell you a true Pagnol-style story! This story is also that of his parents' bakery with its bread oven replaced in 2005 by the ovens of the first version of the restaurant, until the takeover of the former Hotel de France Clariond which later became Le Relais. Today, the establishment enjoys almost the whole of the pretty square, adorned with a beautiful fountain and shaded by hundred-year-old plane trees. Guests flock here to discover a semi-gastronomic cuisine.

Excellente cuisine dans un cadre magnifique. Les plats sont beaux et raffinés, l'endroit sur la place près de la fontaine est digne des films de Pagnol. Quant au service très agréable et souriant d'Alexandra, on ne peut que recommander cet endroit à 100%.

Fantastisch gegeten! Mooie gerechten, genoeg keuze en behalve dat het heerlijk was, waren de borden ook met zorg opgemaakt!
Wat een mooie plek onder de platanen op een romantisch oud plein met een fontein in het midden.
Alexandra en haar team is geweldig. Een super gastvrouw. Lief, attent en professioneel!
We hebben gelijk voor de 2e avond geboekt!
