The restaurant La Badiane, located in an alley in the heart of the village of Sainte-Maxime, prepares tasty dishes with care.

In an alley in the heart of the village, behind a discreet facade hides one of the best addresses in Sainte-Maxime. Here you enter the lair of the chef Geoffrey Poësson, an adventurous cook who chose to open his first address here a few years ago. The interior as well as the furniture are elegant, announcing a moment of certain refinement. On the plate, the flavors are carefully harmonized: lobsters in ravioli, cooked and raw fennel, licorice and aniseed broth or roasted saddle of lamb with anchovies and olives. A beautiful moment!

Une belle découverte semi-gastro pour un dîner en amoureux. Le service est personnalisé et très agréable et aux cuisines le chef est inspiré avec des accords dignes des grands. Merci

Visité l hiver dernier pour mon anniversaire.
Le repas au homard, exceptionnel !
Une adresse à retenir. Et je pense bien recommencer l expérience .

Une petite salle pour une grande cuisine. Bravo au Chef qui a assuré seul le service en cuisine et sortit des plats excellents. Le service est chaleureux, ici on ne se prend pas au sérieux, pourtant on aurait de quoi !

Lunch with group of friends. Very good experience. Creative cooking and very well presented. A dedicated chef out of the ordinary. We can highly recommended La Badiane.
