Restaurant-brasserie with panoramic terrace overlooking the port of Sainte-Maxime, serving daily specials and a variety of desserts.

Take some height for lunch or dinner, by settling on the superb terrace which overhangs the port of Sainte-Maxime. This marine view encourages you to taste iodized products, shellfish, a fish soup from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the Admiral's great aioli, a fillet of bass with champagne sauce or the back of cod in Provencal crust. But the chef will also delight you with beef tortellini with truffle cream, risotto with early vegetables or beef filet on the grill.

Magnifique découverte sur le port de Sainte-Maxime ! Un restaurant à ne pas rater. Tout est parfait, de la qualité des plats au goût, le rapport qualité prix ainsi que le personnel chaleureux, aimable et attentionné.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'Amiral et un grand bravo ne changez rien !
