Since 1991, the chef has been offering bistronomic cuisine based on the seasons and the market, with a short menu and well prepared dishes: mussels stuffed with aniseed and 51, roasted half a camembert and its redcurrant jelly, sea bream ceviche with coconut milk, lime, cucumber, tomato and coriander, or daily suggestions such as half-cooked tuna with satay sauce, fragrant rice, roasted sweet potato with Chinese cabbage and ginger. As for the desserts, you won't be disappointed: lemon almond basil crumble... all served with a smile.

Arrêtée par hasard dans ce petit restaurant, j'ai désormais envie d'y retourner tout les jours. Tout est parfait, du service a la cuisine. Un restaurant de passionnés, accessible et que je recommande vivement, surtout pour ceux qui souhaitent des plats surprenants. La quantité est très satisfaisante pour un prix très raisonnable par rapport a ce qui peut se faire ailleurs a Sainte-Maxime. C'est donc avec plaisir que j'apporte ma petite pierre pour recommander ce restaurant ☺️

Excellent restaurant , l'équilibre des goûts est parfait j'ai adoré ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé aussi bien .Je recommande le mézé à partager , les tataki et le leur dessert maison crumble citron basilic une tuerie.Petit restaurant mais grande cuisine .

Sehr leckeres Essen, perfekt zubereitet und individuell abgeschmeckt; sehr netter Kellner und für den Ort sehr akzeptable Preise, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
