Since 1991, the chef has been offering bistronomic cuisine based on the seasons and the market, with a short menu and well prepared dishes: mussels stuffed with aniseed and 51, roasted half a camembert and its redcurrant jelly, sea bream ceviche with coconut milk, lime, cucumber, tomato and coriander, or daily suggestions such as half-cooked tuna with satay sauce, fragrant rice, roasted sweet potato with Chinese cabbage and ginger. As for the desserts, you won't be disappointed: lemon almond basil crumble... all served with a smile.

Une très belle découverte pour nous qui venons à Ste Maxime depuis longtemps et n’avions pas encore poussé la porte. Explosion des goûts. Sauces au top. Parfait. On reviendra c’est sur. Merci pour l’accueil.

Durch Zufall bin ich auf dieses sympathische, nett eingerichtete und ganze vorragend kochende Restaurant gestoßen. Das 3 Gänge Menü hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Ich hatte Glück, denn an diesem Abend gab es live Musik. Der Kellner was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat zum Schluss aber etwas lange gebraucht, un sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.
Nichtsdestotrotz eine runde Sache und sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons pris un apéro « mezzo apéro « et moi un plat à base de poisson « ceviche de dorade à la tahitienne » trop bon !!
