The restaurant of this hotel nestled in the heart of the Maures mountains, only 7 kilometers from the center of Sainte-Maxime, is ideal for lunch in the summer on the beautiful shaded terrace, enjoying the wild boar daube, the "marmite du Mas", the scallop and gamba risotto, the "burger du Mas", the truffled ravioles with porcini mushroom cream or the wolf fillet with sauce vierge. In winter, by the fireplace, you can enjoy a hearty cuisine, while in summer, the menu changes for a lighter touch. As for desserts, a fine warm apple pie or rum baba.

Endroit au top, il n y a que 4 chambres et 1 roulottes donc l hôtel est calme, piscine chauffée, endroit reposant avec un très beau cadre...et la cuisine du restaurant est parfaite du matin au soir..je reviendrais c est sur

Das Menü ist sehr zu empfehlen. Waren nur zum dinieren. Hat aber von vorne bis hinten alles fantastisch geschmeckt ????
