Restaurant with terrace in Sainte-Maxime serving seafood, seafood platters and a daily special
Established in 1949 and run for three generations by the Hertig family, this restaurant has a lovely covered terrace, which is very pleasant in fine weather. Prices are low for quality Provençal cuisine, dominated by seafood: seafood platters, lobster from the fish tank, stuffed mussels, the traditional bouillabaisse... but also daily specials and a wide variety of suggestions: Provençal feet and packages, linguine with bottarga or stuffed squid, fish mousseline with spinach and Espelette pepper...
