Right next to the church, at the corner of a small quiet alley, this restaurant offers daily a good fresh Provencal cuisine without frills. On the slate, a starter of the day, a dish of the day, a spit of the day as well as suggestions "the chef's market" or local fishing. Homemade fish soup, three-cooked local fish return, small Arlésienne-style leg of lamb, pan-fried red mullet... It is appetizing and the menus allow both lunch and dinner to easily discover the chef's cuisine.

Im Les Flambeaux waren wir vor 5 Jahren schon und es ist immer noch sehr gut. Das Essen kommt frisch zubereitet aus der Küche. Dazu gibt es ausgewählte leckere Weine und der Service ist auch nett und aufmerksam.
Insgesamt mit das beste Restaurant vor allem in der Preisklasse. Klare Empfehlung und auf jeden Fall reservieren.
