La Plage, one of the restaurants of the hotel Les Roches Rouges, offers, for lunch and dinner, seasonal Provencal flavors, all from local producers. A simple, friendly and timeless cuisine, elaborated by the chef José Bailly, who is inspired by the recipes of the book "La cuisine provençale de tradition populaire" by the poet René Jouveau, published in 1963. Ensalado niçoise d'anchoio, touteno toumatièro, le gugarèu, agnéu olivado, la lingousto... Nothing but authentic Provençal dishes, served like at home on the terrace facing the sea.

Accueil sympathique mais déception culinaire.
Les linguine aux crevettes n'avaient aucun gout, difficile de croire que les crevettes n'étaient pas des produits sous vide.
c'était l'avant dernier jour avant la fermeture mais cela ne justifie pas un rapport qualité prix décevant.

Une magnifique soirée pour clôturer notre saison en équipe.
Formule "à partager" excellente , très belle table, accueil de l'équipe très chaleureux..
De quoi passer un très bon moment !
