A grandiose site of Provençal Gothic style, which will certainly delight lovers of old stones. Cross-vaulted rooms, cloister, medieval garden: here we are in a former royal convent next to the basilica. Entirely restored in 2004 in a Provencal and contemporary style, it offers rooms with all modern comforts, fitted out in the former dwellings of the Dominican Fathers, with a view of the cloister or the garden. The restaurant is located in the chapter house; from the end of May, meals are served in the cloister's bays. Chef Aurélie Fillol's cuisine is elaborated over the seasons with regional products. We revel in the frame as much as the plate!

Certes le cadre est somptueux , le personnel accueillant et chaleureux
Mais ,
Les chambres (la nôtre) sont petites , vieillottes sans plateau d'accueil ou autres que l'on trouve dans un 4 **** étoiles !
Pareil pour le petit-déj pas très varié (personnellement je n'aime pas leur café)
Mais bon ! pouvoir déambuler à volonté dans un tel cadre !!!!
Quant au restaurant : une merveille dans un cadre somptueux ( peut être "bruyant" si groupe !)
Attention au marché du samedi = fourrière !
l'hôtel a un parking immense (10 € par nuit normalement mais pour 2 nuits j'ai payé 10 € ! sympa ! merci)
