Simplicity does not prevent quality at reasonable prices. Here, Chef Arnaud's cuisine is traditional and home-made. You can enjoy pizzas, a board of Corsican charcuterie and basic dishes such as a lamb mouse confit for 8 hours, a beef cheek stew, a perfectly cooked Simmenthal entrecote accompanied by crispy chips, a pan-fried prawn, to finish with a home-made pastry or exquisite profiteroles, all served thoughtfully on the shady terrace in fine weather.
