Located on the Place du Marché, this restaurant has a beautiful room bathed in light, about thirty place settings, with a pretty contemporary decoration and spaced tables. In the oven, Dominique prepares traditional dishes with a preference for local products, outdoor hen eggs, artisanal dairy butter from Déret, farm poultry, Charolais meat. During the week, it offers three options, and on weekends two more elaborate menus. Un menu du jour à 18 € (j'ai arrondis) avec entrée (assiette de charcuterie plus que copieuse), mousseline de saint jacques, risotto endives braisées sauce corail, panna cotta vanille coulis de fruits rouges.
Tout est fait maison.
Le service est super. La cheffe super sympa. (On espère que votre visite du logement sera super????).
