Restaurant serving seasonal cuisine with local products, organic bread and vegetables, an inventive menu
Magali and her husband Julien Lepine, elected young talent 2017, are at the helm of this restaurant, installed in a 17th century building. Here we talk gastronomy with a seasonal cuisine very close to local producers. Olive oil from Callas, organic bread from the Oudard bakery in Figanières and vegetables from Philippe Auda, citrus fruits from Philippe Carra... The menu is inventive: Breton lobster with foie gras poached in red wine and lightly smoked lamb ham, winter game with ravioli of daguet in chocolate sauce... An address that has already been acclaimed.
