In the heart of the village, this restaurant still has a garden and a superb terrace with a view of the lake of Sainte-Croix. The welcome from your hosts is very friendly and the cuisine, made with fresh products, is of high quality, with an excellent quality-price ratio. At the time of our visit, we could enjoy the home-made caillette, the snail casserole with leek cream, gratinated with maroilles, the Creole fisherman's stew and above all their specialities for two people, the three-meat stew, flambéed on the table with cognac.

Die 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es für die Wartezeit: zu einem war die Wartezeit sehr lang und zu anderen hatte der Nachbartisch, der nach uns kam, schon seine Vorspeisen bevor wir unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgegeben hatten. Noch schlimmer hat es eigentlich noch die Gäste zwei Tisch weiter getroffen. Diese waren vor uns da und durften erst nach uns bestellen.
