Restaurant offering traditional cuisine with a modern twist

In this 16th century bastide, the chef Sébastien Sanjou delights his guests with his traditional cuisine tinged with thoughtful modernism. His menu improves year after year with imaginative dishes from starter to dessert. One notices the precise, chiselled work in each plate: the unavoidable collection of Philippe Auda blada-raba around beetroot, the Tarbouriech oysters with their inimitable taste, bathed in a parsnip mousseline. The pastry chef continues this symphony of tastes and colours with light and delectable desserts.

Très joli cadre,dans une ancienne bergerie,des tables bien espacées avec un personnel toujours present et sympathique.
Le menu à 128 est excellent, raffiné avec des goûts subtils...pas à la porté de tous les portefeuilles,mais à essayer si possible.????????
